Transcendent Breathwork works on four areas of our being: physical, emotional, mental and Consciousness/Spiritual.
It is a form of active meditation, where the breath moves to areas where the body has been holding stuck energy, ‘dis-ease’, stored pain and hurt and scars, some visible, but all felt.
Research shows that we get 70% less oxygen than we did 100 years ago, because of concrete, lack of tress, and the pace at which we ar living - constant stress.
That lack of oxygen shows up is disease, anxiety, depression and other barriers to optimal health.
Most research shows that the majority of diseases take root in a lack of oxygen, and advances in healing come out of finding ways to get more oxygen into the blood stream. Transcendent breathwork does that, and more than that.
Your breathing pattern reveals patterns you have in your life - patterns of staying in control and mistrust, patterns of self-doubt, feelings like you shouldn’t be on this earth or are not wanted, axnieties and fears. Every time that we were disciplined, hurt, angry or upset as a child, we held our breath. In holding our breath, or gasping between tears, we locked the trauma into our body. This is all kinds of trauma, not just the obvious ones of physical or sexual abuse.
Through your breath and touch, you are releasing those stored patterns - limited beliefs about yourself and the world, stored pain that has been showing up in health challenges, emotions that were never free to be released, and any blocks inhibit your relationship with Source/Consciousness or God.
To transcend means: trans "across, beyond" (see trans-) + scandere "to climb" (see scan (v.)). Meanings "be surpassing, outdo, excel; surmount, move beyond" are from early 15c. Related: Transcended; transcending.
'Transcendence' is going beyond the experience of who you are now.
It is transcending ‘ego,’ our fixed ideas about ourselves, and experiencing a lasting constant Self that is beyond your roles, past actions, or ieads about you.
It is also transcending the illusion of separation between ‘I; and ‘You.’ Maybe you’ve had the experience of feeling so connected with another person that you knew what they were thinking and feeling without any workds. Transcendence allows the lines between self and other to blur, so there is an experience of oneness and true presence,
And finally, transcendence is moving beyond time and space. Maybe you’ve had the experience of knowing someone was calling before you picked up the phone. Or feeling someone you loved needed you the moment something occurred, like a car accident or upset, and they did you need you in that exact moment. This is a powerful way to experience the world withoutt separation.
Chronic stress disrupts immune signaling and cellular repair.
That means bad news for the majority of us alive in 2026.
It also means that stress reducing practices, including Transcendent Breathwork are not indulgent…
